To me, and with me, the owner of this company was unreliable, indifferent and unprofessional. This person assessed my property re lawn care services, he then agreed to take on the job (bi-weekly, on a Saturday morning, from late April to early October). He was PREPAID for the ENTIRE season. He rarely stuck to the scheduled day or time. I was NEVER informed when there would be changes. He even promised to refund me one service because of the inconvenience (that also never happened). I always had to reach out to inquire if and when he would show up. Never before have I had to do this with a lawn care provider. The final straw was when my service was last provided 3 weeks prior. My lawn looked a mess and my street was having events that weekend. I, again, had to ask when/if he intended to put me on his schedule - as he was last by me 3 weeks ago. He doubted me that he was 3 weeks out. When I helped to jog his memory, he offered to come out the next day (8/23/24). Id given him enough grace - even when I went one month without my lawn being cut- and was extremely frustrated. I no longer wanted to deal with him or the situation. I asked for him to instead refund me the balance that he owed for the services he had yet to provide. He said he would (on 8/27/24 and he has not). I have texted, sent him Venmo reminders and nothing. If I had him perform a service and I refused to pay him afterwards, that would be a Theft of Service charge. What is the equivalent if a service provider took your money, did a piss-poor job, never stuck to a schedule and then refuses to refund you when you grow tired of the disrespect and unprofessionalism?

Well that was very unproffesional..now if you would of asked instead of barking at me like some insolent child I would have informed you that due to me being sick no contract was fi wished this season and everyone is owed a refund..I am just now as of October getting back to work because I could not work..I lost all profit for lawn services this season and am now far in the red with numerous customers because of my lack of work I havent made any money..as I told you and each customer that was affected by my sickness you will be compensated for the time that I wasn't able to work but I have to first be able to come up with the funds to do so...also even though the schedule was off because of a large customer base your yard was still taken care of even after I was stung in your yard knowing I'm allergic and no exterminator was called to rid the house of what could potentially kill me if I don't get to my epi pen fast enough...don't bash me come to me..I told you you would be reimbursed and you will no need to leave juvenile comments on people's business pages..out of the hundreds of satisfied customers I have it's amazing that it be your own people...I have a number that you haven't used to contact me at all can we try professionalism this time and place a call
