Pricing can vary depending on if you are purchasing in the city or purchasing in the country and depending on what type of loan you have all loans are different some require more testing than others
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take my time and explain every part of the inspection to them especially if their first time homebuyers I want to make their experience a good one
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training involved classroom and field training to obtain a New York State home inspectors license
