About the Founder I’m Dani Rose Allen, and I’m in the thick of getting my Ph.D. in Community Counseling Care and Traumatology because I’m obsessed with understanding the human journey. Danielle has been very helpful for me in helping me discover the root of issues that I didn’t know how to find myself. This is my first time ever going to therapy and she has been so kind and understanding with guiding me through the difficult situations I’ve had in my life.

I was in a very dark place when I searched out a therapist at my brothers persistence that I do so. This can be a very confusing moment as to where to turn. I searched through quite a few reviews and some were good, but there was one person that stood out. The other reviews were a sentence here and there and maybe more, but Dani had reviews in paragraphs. It wouldn’t take long for me to find out why. I know she is very busy with clients, but she took the time to take my case and within half hour she called. We set up an appointment and so far she’s helped me realize that my view of things were skewed the wrong direction. She saved me. Choose her and her team!

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience that Dani has provided with Moment of Truth LLC that will be difficult for me to articulate, though ill do my best. An experience I can best describe as the personification of self discovery, mental liberation, and a personal road map; allowing me to connect the dots between my inner turmoil and patterns of behavoir. Permitting me to navigate through my ineffeable thoughts and feelings and for the first time revealing a clear path and direction. It is as if I stood staring at this vast map of my life experience feeling I was adrift; irresolute of how to make sense of any true direction. For the first time feeling as though I located my starting point and being able to now highlight the route I am taking on my journey of life.

I was unbelievably nervous to seek out the help I knew I needed. My relationship was suffering and I knew my inability to communicate, express, and understand my feelings were causing this dark pique to both of us. 

When Dani first took my call her jovial tone, confidence, and welconing presence immidiately put me at ease and allowed me to lower the gates of the fortress I had constructed to "protect" myself from harm. Her approach was unlike anything I expected, concentrating on my future and who I want to become as opposed to making my past the focal point of our indroduction and future conversations.  She has an aptitude for listening and guided discovery that allows you to create your personal roadmap of the person you want to become. 

My wife immidiately reached out after our first hour long session and we are both currently seeing Dani weekly. We have never been happier and it feels as if we are falling in love all over again like infatuated teenagers; being vulnerable and having this compassionate almost sagacious understanding of one anothers thoughts, feelings, and needs. 

Dani is also extremely flexible and punctual. She makes herself available for any emergencies or advice outside of sessions in all forms of communication and gives you a sense of comfort as if you knew eachother since childhood who you can always rely on.

If you have thought about making a change, receiving guidance, seeking help, or just wanting to improve aspects of your life I highly recommend having just 1 initial call as I can promise you from my anecdotal experience this was the best decision my wife and I ever made.

I started my first session with Dani today. We had an initial call to discuss what I needed help with. I liked her style from the start and really feel like we can address my trauma as well as career goals long term. I can’t wait to continue my sessions and love that she left me with homework to complete.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our journey with new clients begins with a complimentary first session. This initial consultation is a cornerstone of our approach, allowing us to understand your unique needs and aspirations. During this session, we engage in a meaningful dialogue to uncover your specific challenges and goals. Based on our conversation, we collaboratively devise an action plan that resonates with you, ensuring that it's tailored to your individual circumstances. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background and training are deeply intertwined with my work. I hold life coaching and executive/business coaching and consulting certifications, trauma-informed visual and instructional design certifications, and a focus in design psychology. I've earned a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor's in Human Development, and a Bachelor's in Philosophy. Currently, I'm pursuing my PhD in Community Counseling and Traumatology from Liberty University. Our team also brings a wealth of expertise, with various certifications detailed in their bios on our website. This diverse educational resume equips us to offer deeply informed and empathetic services.
