What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system. I think it's rather simple. I want to help people capture their special moments at an affordable price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always researching and learning more techniques. I look at every moment as continuing education.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
They say if you do what you love it's not work...... I don't consider it work at all.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are going to hire a professional photographer, you should plan on ordering your prints through them also. The easy 1 hour processing centers can make a professional photographers photos look terrible. Don't just stop at the photographer, let them provide the beautiful images on print also.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's not easy. It may appear easy to just take pictures but there are hours of post processing involved with every photographer. 4 hours at a wedding can easily turn into 8 hours in front of a computer afterward.
