- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I were going out west to do some backpacking in the Grand Canyon and I knew I needed a good camera to preserve our own memories. I just fell in love with takin pictures, composing, editing and I love working with people so all of the pieces just fell into place and I started my own business!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Definitely meet with anyone you're thinking about hiring if you can before booking anything! You can get a feel of people's personalities and know if you guys will work well together or not. It's also important to look over their work and see if you like the style of photos they take, because that's the style of photos you will be receiving! Every artist has their own styles and techniques :)
