- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing goes by the type of job also the size + materials. I can say I will give you a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a time to come out, see what/where the issue is, give an estimate and let the customer know when I can get there to fix the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of experience & training on shingle roofs, flat roofs, tpo roofs, coding systems and I am certified.
