We had a serious and unexpected hole in our roof which caused a leak and revealed rotted wood, poor/old flashing, and other issues. MRH was very responsive and had great communication as it pertains to scheduling an appointment and showing up when promised. Mario was very thorough in sharing what the problem was and how he planned to fix it in addition to a few other things he noticed. They arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the project before the rain came again. They discovered that more work than anticipated needed to be done in order for the job to be done well and correctly and they were gracious to handle it timely and professionally. Very pleasant to work with. Not pushy to sell services. Reasonable priced. Cleaned up before leaving and all around great choice for our project. I’ve already recommended them to a family member and we’ll be calling again for future work.
