Spinelli Catering was fabulous! Mark made a hearty buffet-style bbq for our son and 10 of his friends to celebrate his 25th birthday! I wanted to do something different for a night at our stay on seneca lake for a friends bachelorette party and thought it would be fun to hire a professional chef! There was a travel fee but even with that in my opinion it was very affordable for what we got! The girls all seemed to love it too! The salmon and dessert were my favorites!!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do have standard prices for drop-off starting at $12.95 pp + delivery. A full service catered buffet starts at $21.95 Prices vary depending on the various foods my clients may request. Additional supplies and services such as China, linens, flatware, bartenders, staff, etc., would incur additional charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer wants to meet with us we are welcomed to the idea. Once the details of the menu are determined we send a contract to the customer for review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Board of Directors for the NYS Restaurant Association & now on the State board of the NYS Restaurant Assocation. 2013 Silver Spoon Recipient Serve Safe Certified
