Everyone loved the food we had. We had chicken French, Roast Pork loin, Ferrel and the broccoli salad. Mark and Stephanie are great people. My daughter's big wedding got cancelled but we had a small one and decided to go ahead and do food for the rehearsal dinner with the small wedding the next day. We will be doing the whole thing again next year to give them the wedding of their dreams (just a little postponed) and will be hiring Spinelli Catering Events & Chef Services for that celebration. Thanks again!

Mark and Stephanie catered are wedding this past Saturday! They were a joy to work with and were very helpful with all of our questions. They arrived right on time and helped set up the buffet. The food was DELICIOUS! We had at least half of the guests ask who catered and they all went back back up for seconds! We were beyond pleased with everything and completely recommended them. We can’t wait to use them again on our next big event! Thanks again for being part of our special day❤️

Mark was a great guy! He had everything down to a science and had the meal ready to go at the exact time we had planned. It was great that we did not have to prep or clean anything before and after his arrival. Our party ordered French onion soup, chicken Marsala, chicken Parmesan, and salted caramel apple turnovers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do have standard prices for drop-off starting at $12.95 pp + delivery. A full service catered buffet starts at $21.95 Prices vary depending on the various foods my clients may request. Additional supplies and services such as China, linens, flatware, bartenders, staff, etc., would incur additional charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer wants to meet with us we are welcomed to the idea. Once the details of the menu are determined we send a contract to the customer for review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Board of Directors for the NYS Restaurant Association & now on the State board of the NYS Restaurant Assocation. 2013 Silver Spoon Recipient Serve Safe Certified
