Spinelli Catering was fabulous! Mark made a hearty buffet-style bbq for our son and 10 of his friends to celebrate his 25th birthday! I wanted to do something different for a night at our stay on seneca lake for a friends bachelorette party and thought it would be fun to hire a professional chef! There was a travel fee but even with that in my opinion it was very affordable for what we got! The girls all seemed to love it too! The salmon and dessert were my favorites!!!!!!

I wanted to have something special planned for my wife's birthday and had shopped around for a personalChef, Mark and his wife were available and they did an excellent job, menu ideas were excellent and my guests enjoyed the food. They brought their own cookware etc set the table did all cleanup after (honestly as good as I would have cleaned up the place after a dinner party). Would hire again for our next gathering. Thanks again all!

We had a girls weekend and hired Mark to make us dinner on a Saturday night at the house we were staying at. Mark and his wife Stephanie were the consummate professionals from the get go. They were extremely responsive and accommodating in the process of choosing our menu. They accommodated requests such as "no garlic" for one dinner, allowed us to substitute and additional appetizer in place of a dessert, and even gave us a 3rd "on the house". Mark and Stephanie were prompt in arrival and everything was served exactly when they said it would be! They set the table, cleaned up all the dishes after our meal, all without us even knowing they were even in the room! They topped off our glasses during dinner as well.
The food was delicious! Apps were original and yummy! Entrees were perfect and generous portions. The salad was outstanding, especially Mark's own homemade white balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
I highly recommend Mark and his wife to cater any event you might be considering!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do have standard prices for drop-off starting at $12.95 pp + delivery. A full service catered buffet starts at $21.95
Prices vary depending on the various foods my clients may request. Additional supplies and services such as China, linens, flatware, bartenders, staff, etc., would incur additional charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer wants to meet with us we are welcomed to the idea.
Once the details of the menu are determined we send a contract to the customer for review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Board of Directors for the NYS Restaurant Association & now on the State board of the NYS Restaurant Assocation.
