FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a meeting has been set up by our appointment center then we come out to the home and meet with all of the homeowners and anyone that has input into the upcoming project. We then do our design work or show the customer similar designs and once accepted we work up a proposal for the customer to sign. Once we have a go project then our proxy manager sets up a Tech measure where we come out and review the entire project and established start and end dates.

Ever since I was 14 years old my Uncle would teach me the carpentry trade and that is where I learned many of the skills that I know today. We did much of our work at RIT, Hillside Children Center, Hickey- Freeman, UPS and many more. All during college and on summer breaks I worked for my Uncle And that was over 40 years ago.
