Floor Coverings International did a great job installing new carpets in our upstairs bedrooms. They were respectful of our things and moved them in and out of the rooms seamlessly. They even pointed out to me when replacement padding on under the carpets wasn't necessary, saving me some $$. Also, it was so nice to have the samples delivered to the house and not have to go to a showroom to pick out carpets.

Love, love, love my new floor! It was installed quickly and professionally. We did have a small issue and it was taken care of in a timely matter. Brian, our sales man, did a great job of explaining all of our choices and made sure we were all on the same page. I would definitely get flooring from Floor Coverings International again

Floor Coverings International was great to work with from start to finish. I shopped and compared many local retailers. FCI brings their products to you so you can see them immediately in your setting. The choices are immense. FCI has among the highest quality product offerings. Many retailers are pushing luxury vinyl tile. FCI offers real wood laminate, a natural product that shows all the beauty nature can provide. Brian had eternal patience as looked over all the styles, patterns and colors. I selected floor coverings for 5 different areas. Once I made my decision, FCI worked around my schedule. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to delay the installation start. But once underway, the installations went very smoothly, spanning three separate days. My new floors are beautiful. Selection, schedule flexibility, installation quality, communication and bottom line price were all excellent.

We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
