I initially set out through this site to have some concrete repair work done in June. Bob responded within one day to my post here on thumbtack. Due to things going on at home I didn't hire him right way and another month passed before I reached out to him again. Like the first time I got an almost immediate response. i spoke with Bob and he explained to me how he would proceed with the work. He offered to come the very next day with all of the supplies to do the job and to start the job then and there if we liked the quote. I called him on a Thursday and I'm glad to say that when I got home from work the next day the repair work was done. He did a great job and both me and my husband were blown away by the service. i would definitely recommend Bob to friends or family and have him come to do other projects.
