The food Kevin prepared was fresh, real, whole food. It was all made from scratch, and it was all delicious. We had samples of humus and ranch dip with fresh vegetables as a beginner, followed by stuffed mushrooms. Next came mushroom risotto, Brussels sprouts, chicken, and sausage with peppers. The flavor of all the food served delicious and just the right intensity. Baez Catering is the best choice you could make for your catering needs!

Kevin Baez DID A WONDERFUL JOB THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND THE CUP CAKES WERE GREAT ME AND MY HUSBAND REALLY DID ENJOY THE FOOD THANK YOU FOR DOING THE DINNER FOR 2 AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING YOU DO ANOTHER EVENT FOR US.

Kevin and his team catered a brunch that I hosted in my home. It was a last minute request and they still came through and helped to put on a successful affair. They were a fully self-contained service. I didn't have to do any grocery shopping and didn't need any special equipment. They supplied everything the needed to perform the job. I really liked that we were able to start the meal on time. Kevin also took a special request I had for banana bread french toast. He hadn't made it before, but quickly found a recipe in order to supply the dish for my event. Afterwards, the cleaned the kitchen and dishes. It really made the event effortless on my part. I was able to focus on my guests and did not have to worry at all about the food. I definitely recommend Baez catering. I am sure I'll be working with them again in the future.

Our experience with him was excellent. Despite our small kitchen with a couple issues, he worked through the problems with a smile and was courteous and professional the entire time. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend and look to hire him again.

Our services start as low as $50 flat charge and then cost of food or price per person, which ever saves you the patron the most money. Our goal is to cater to not only your taste buds but your budget as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for cooking for my family, after a number of suggestions I have decided to expand and cook for others.

Personal Family Dinners. Small Parties and Get-togethers. Bar-be-cues. Small Wedding receptions and rehearsals.
