Pam is AMAZING and truly loves her job! I have been working with her for a year now and she has changed my life. Pam is super sweet and very flexible. Her house is lovely and there is always a wet nose and wagging tail to happily greet you, only if you want :-) My workout is always tailored to me, if I dont like an exercise she will find another that is just as hard. I am stronger and more fit than I have ever been! I love my body by Pam!!!

I have known Pam for years and as a personal trainer myself she is one of the best in this fast growing business. I came to Pam over a year ago to help get me back into shape. I was 35 over weight. Not only did I lose so the weight but I have gained much strength as well. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her profession. She gets up early to be prepared and you are her complete focus. She does her homework and works had at making the client successful. I am honor and grateful for Pam.

Pam has been my trainer for the last 7 years. For the first 6 years she came to my house and for the past year, we have done our workouts through Skype. She is consistent, thorough and always takes the time to consider my strengths and weaknesses when developing a plan. I've seen her working with others as well. Some people like routine and others, like me, need to change things up, and Pam is flexible enough to accommodate all styles. She is excellent at helping people rehab after an injury or illness and can develop workout routines for just about anyone from the triathlete in training to the senior looking to keep muscles in motion. Her never-give-up attitude is infectious and inspiring. There is no such thing as wasted time or energy when working out with Pam.

Pam is a fantastic trainer. She does a good job of identifying your needs and tailoring a plan to meet your individual goals. She mixes up your routine to allow for some variation but also develops a consistent program for you to be successful. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! Pam listen to your needs and goals as well as is in time with YOUR body and it's capabilities. She helps you achieve your physical goals; just keep in mind it is you who has to put forth the effort. Not only does she understand the goals we all want to achieve physically to get that beach-bod but she helps inspire you to a more healthy and living life style. You will notice your body's sudden change as Pam helps you break what you thought was you platoeing point -- assisting in making you not stronger and built to feel happy in your body.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I try to base my pricing on the actual time that you will use. I charge less for people who come to me so they save the time I would include for travel. I also charge less for people who use my services more than once a week or buy multiple sessions at once. I try to meet the needs of the customer with my pricing. There may also be discounted fees depending on the time of day... a less busy time perhaps.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We set a meeting up for consultation and discuss previous exercise history, goals, any limitations and preferences, times available and fill out necessary paperwork.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    As an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine Professional) I maintain my certification by spending at least 60 hours every 3 years learning and updating my skills. Some ways I have done this is to travel to different conferences to meet with the elite professionals and medical specialists in our field to make sure we are staying current with research and trends.
