Kassandra is great! First of all, very responsive, punctual and prepared. She gave us a quote right away and we were able to agree on a schedule. I felt very comfortable with her right away and had no fear leaving my house when she cleaned for the first time. I really had full confidence and trust in her professionalism. She cleaned our 3 br, 2 bath ranch very well and even helped to socialize our new rescue puppy. I loved coming home to a clean house. The cost is very reasonable and competitive and I'm really glad we found her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client's needs are different. I'll work with you to develop a cleaning plan based on your preferences and our schedules. I also offer discounts for more frequent cleanings, which will be included in your quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a free in-home consultation to go over exactly what the client is looking for in my services. We'll do a walk-through of the home and go over any questions the client may have. Typically this will take 30-60 minutes and a quote will usually be sent the following day.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What areas in your home require special attention? Do you have any household chores (laundry, dishes, etc) that you'd like to hand off? How often would you like your home cleaned?
