I always aim to offer fair and transparent pricing. My quotes include labor, tools, and basic supplies unless stated otherwise — no surprise fees. I provide bundle discounts for multiple tasks done in one visit, and I’m happy to work within your budget when possible. Just ask — I’m here to help!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to what you need — whether it’s a quick repair or a full project. I ask a few simple questions to understand the job, then provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once we agree, I show up on time, do quality work, and leave the space clean. Communication is key, and I always make sure you're happy with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m originally from Ukraine and have hands-on experience with home projects, both here in the U.S. and back home. I’ve learned through real work — fixing, building, and improving homes for friends, family, and clients. I'm detail-oriented, responsible, and always do my best to make sure the job is done right.
