Needed a fairly large tree limb removed. Returned my call quickly. Scheduled an appointment. Came out when promised. Crew cleaned up the work when done. Very satisfied.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing for tree work the price is determined after reviewing the scope of the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an appointment to get together and look at the scope of work . We provide you with a free written proposal for the scope of work you requested. If you are interested in proceeding with the job sign and return the proposal. After receiving the signed proposal we contact you to agree on a scheduled date to proform the job and get the work done for you. Upon completion and your satisfaction of the job we collect the payment for the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISA member and Certified Arborist # NY-5199A. I am also a member of The Tree Care Industry Association who has certified me as a (CTSP) Certified Treecare Safety Professional. Both of these certifications require strict recertification requirements every 3 years to maintain the certification.
