The service I received was fantastic. Had water damage to 3 floors in my house, called and spoke to Mike, the owner, Mike had his guy at my house within a few hours. Mike was in touch with me daily, called to make sure me and my family was OK. When he said he was coming by, he was there at the time promised. What struck me the most was the fact that he never spoke to me about money. His concern was lets mitigate the water damage done to the house.When the job was completed, I had to seek him out to pay him, I found that to be rather interesting.Mike is a honest person who runs a people first business with respect, trust and integrity. I 100% recommend this company.

We came home from work to find that a pipe had burst and flooded our basement. This was the first time that we had something like this happen and after searching online, we found 1-800 Water Damage, and decided to give them a call. Highly recommend this location. I had an issue with lack of communication with another location. I expressed my concerns to Michael. After I vented he showed sympathy and provided me with a lot of education. Education on how he runs his business and more importantly what needs to be done in my home. After hearing him out it brought me some comfort. I've delt with a lot of companies that care less about the people and just want your money. I didnt feel that way with this location nor the staff I delt with. If you want the job done and done right this should be your last stop.Thank you Michael and team.
