Called to get my ac hvac inspected and to figure out why my outside fan was not starting. I got Paul who came over within an hour of the call and after listening to my explanation and taking a quick look of the fan and furnace knew exactly what the problem was and quickly fixed the problem in matter of minutes and also explained what was wrong as he was fixing it. Also, gave me a few advice on what to do for future to keep it maintained and efficient. Gave me a very fair and competitive quote. They could improve in the future by actually showing up when they say they are going to instead of confirming multiple appointments only to never show up. That would be great for starters. They could also improve on the communication by following up with you if there is an issueand addressing the issue instead of just saying, I'm sorry and goodbye.
