We shopped around quite a bit and got several quotes. Based on Juan competitive pricing and the stellar reviews, we chose to go with them and we're so glad we did. Juan was stellar from start to finish and our new deck looks great.
Service--Juan was always available and quick to communicate via text or email. He made us feel like we were his only customer and I imagine he provides this level of service to every client. Furthermore, the crew that came for the demolition/deck build was gracious and communicative. They cared for our yard and made sure everything looked spic and span when they left.
Quality--The deck looks great and the Trex is a great improvement upon our rotting wood deck. Juan showed us many options and finishes. We were thankful that he never pushed more expensive items on us. The sales process was never pushy.
Timing--We wanted the deck done quickly and the whole process was done within two weeks including the initial consultation, picking materials, visiting the showroom, and construction. The crew was here on time every day and was efficient.
As I said, we did a lot of research and chose this company and I'm glad we did. Save yourself some time and use them.
