David Decanio arrived at the apartment requiring drywall repairs. He arrived at the designated time and date. He reviewed what needed to be done. He was thorough, professional and explained everything required to complete the project. He provided a couple of scenarios as to the cost and reduced cost alternative. Via email I received a couple of estimates. This will be reviewed and evaluated. David is an asset to his firm in his knowledge and professional skills. Great representative.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple. It's based off the total square footage of the total amount of holes that you have that need to be fixed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls us to book an appointment, we'll set an appointment with the PatchitUP service technician who will contact you to confirm the appointment and arrive to diagnose the issue in your home or business. Once a thorough diagnosis is completed, you will be provided with a few different estimates to proceed with. We can then proceed in many cases with doing the repair for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our principal owner has been in the drywalling and painting fields for over 20 years.
