I was having problem with my heating system my furnace wouldn't light up and there was no heat throughout the house. I scheduled an appointment with stars and stripes chimney at 12 noon the technician showed up at 12:42pm didn't even call to say he was running late. He spent 6 and 1/2 hours troubleshooting my heating system and even replace a part that cost me $375 and at the end of it all I still had no heat. I was also charged $75 an hour for his service. I would not recommend this company. The technician had no idea what he was doing and kept having to make phone calls for consultation. I should have went with my instincts and kicked him out before my time and money was wasted. Lesson learned.

Unprofessional and utter lack of communication and excuses. They set up appointments of which they cannot keep and have you waste your time when you are continuously clear as to the details of the job

We offer fair and competitive pricing as well as discounts for senior citizens and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would speak with the client and ask some basic questions in order to understand the nature of the appointment or the issue they are having. We would then set up an appointment for a free, no-obligation estimate. Appointments are usually scheduled in 2 hour blocks to provide our technicians a window of time to arrive. We will call to confirm the appointment the day before and then the day of the appointment some one will call to let you know the technicians are on their way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are licensed and insured and have years of experience in the field.
