Their sales man gave me an oral agreement to insulate my attic with cellulose for if best quality of keeping warm my attic. Then after, he wrote a different description on the estimate that I requested from them. To make things worse, their workers use fiber glass to isolate only partially the knee walls, they left a empty hole on on of the gable wall, and they did not isolate the top ceiling of my attic. I had to call another company to fix the messy job done.
If you call them make sure the give you a written contract with all details. Do not believe what the sales man said to you. The only positive thing I can say is that they came on time to our appointment.

We only give written contracts.....and expect payment upon completion. You were not serviced because you didn't pay us for our work!
