- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: Inquiry: The process begins when a customer reaches out to us via phone, email, or through our website. We gather basic information about their needs, including the type of service required (moving or cleanout), the size of the job, and any special requirements. Information Gathering: We may ask for details such as the number of rooms, the amount of items, the type of property, and any specific challenges (e.g., stairs, long carries). 2. Free Estimate: Online Estimate: For convenience, we offer a free online estimate where customers can provide details about their move or cleanout. This helps us give a preliminary quote. On-Site Assessment: For a more accurate estimate, we schedule an on-site assessment. One of our team members visits the location, assesses the scope of work, and provides a detailed quote based on the evaluation. 3. Booking and Confirmation: Quote Review: We review the quote with the customer, answering any questions they may have and discussing any additional fees or discounts. Agreement: Once the customer agrees to the terms, we send a service agreement outlining the scope of work, pricing, and any special conditions. The customer reviews, signs, and returns the agreement along with a 20% deposit (if required). Confirmation: We confirm the booking date and time, providing the customer with a confirmation email or call. 4. Preparation: Pre-Service Instructions: We provide the customer with instructions on how to prepare for the move or cleanout, including packing tips, labeling, and any items that should be kept aside. Final Checklist: A few days before the scheduled service, we perform a final check-in to ensure everything is in order and address any last-minute questions or changes. 5. Service Execution: Arrival: On the day of the service, our team arrives on time, introduces themselves, and reviews the plan with the customer. Execution: We perform the move or cleanout as outlined in the agreement, ensuring that all items are handled carefully and efficiently. Customer Check-In: During the service, we check in with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the progress and address any concerns. 6. Completion and Payment: Final Walk-Through: Once the job is completed, we conduct a final walk-through with the customer to ensure everything is done to their satisfaction. Payment: The customer settles the remaining balance according to the payment terms outlined in the agreement. 7. Follow-Up: Feedback: We follow up with the customer to gather feedback on their experience and address any post-service questions or issues. Review Request: We may ask for a review or testimonial to help us improve our services and assist future customers. 8. Post-Service Support: Customer Support: We offer ongoing support for any post-service needs or concerns, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied long after the job is done. This process ensures a smooth experience for the customer from initial contact to post-service support. Adjust the specifics as needed to fit your company’s practices and ensure the best possible service for your clients.
