Event Staffing Services Provided Event setup and cleanup Sterno setup and monitoring Light cooking and food preparation Heating and serving food Brewing fresh coffee for dessert service Light decorating Greeting guests Maintaining clean and tidy guest tables Keeping serving stations organized and refilled Coordinating food service timing with the host’s schedule Setting up and distributing hors d’oeuvres Garbage disposal and breakdown Storing leftover food at the end of the event Packing to-go containers for guests Washing and drying dishes left in the sink Wiping down kitchen countertops Service Minimum: All waitstaff services require a minimum booking of four (4) hours. Bartending Services Our professional bartenders offer attentive, polished service designed to elevate your event and create a seamless guest experience. Bartending services include: Use of professional bar tools (shaker tins, stirrers, wine key, bottle opener, etc.) Setup of the bar area (bar provided by client) Preparation of fresh garnishes such as lemons and limes (provided by client) Ice retrieval and replenishment throughout service (ice provided by client) Continuous upkeep of a clean, organized, and well-presented bar Complete bar cleanup following service Breakdown of the bar, including neatly stowing liquor and mixers Signature Cocktail Experience: Custom signature cocktail research, curated drink suggestions, and quantity planning are available upon request for an additional fee, offering a more personalized and elevated bar experience. Service Minimum: All bartending services require a minimum booking of four (4) hours. Easy to book and communicate, great service. I booked 2 servers to help with a family dinner and they were great. We needed them to stay an extra hour to finish cleaning up and they did without an issue. Sal was fantastic - they really made the evening go so smoothly!!

I hosted an intimate Christmas party and Bible study, Gretchen arrived 15 minutes before her schedule time, she was willing kind polished and swift. Gretchen made sure that each guest felt her presence and was attended to. Gretchen was truly a blessing. I can’t wait to work with Serene events again in the future.
