Services Provided: Set up Clean up Sterno set up Light cooking Preparation and heating of foods Brew fresh coffee for guests with dessert Light decorating Greeting guests Ensure all guests’ tables are tidy Ensure serving station(s) are tidy and refilled Timing of all foods adhering to host’s timeline Distributing/set up hors d’oeuvres Disposal of garbage Store food at the end of the event Pack to-go containers for guests Wash and dry all dishes left in sink Wipe down kitchen counter tops
