Pleased doesn't come close to describing the terrific job Joshua Rosato did cleaning my gutters today. He did very professional and thorough work, with the added bonus of a personal touch. I also found him to be prompt and courteous. I will be hiring Joshua again in the Spring to wash windows!

Josh and his team did a great job of their first clean of my house. Great attention to detail and Josh was there himself the whole time making sure the job was done right. Will plan on having Picture Perfect over once a month for future cleanings and would highly reccommend!

My pricing system goes both by sq footage or hourly calculation at the lowest rates possible

I converse with other cleaning companies and talk to suppliers to stay ahead of the game. I also get certified and educate myself in equipment are more professional methods, But years of hands on experience is most my knowledge
