Exceptional Service - Integrity, Professionalism, and Accountability

After a terrible experience with a furniture store’s delivery department that caused damage and a lot of stress, I decided to handle delivery myself and found Baker’s Moving & More on Thumbtack. Best decision I could have made.

I sent my request at 1:46 PM and received a response within one minute, followed immediately by a phone call from the owner, Trey Baker. From the very first interaction, Trey was extremely respectful, polite, and professional. He listened to everything I had already gone through, showed genuine empathy, and worked to make this completely stress-free. The best part - the services were completed the same day, two hours after my initial request.

Pricing was clear, fair, and transparent. Communication was constant and proactive. Trey and Connor arrived exactly when promised. The furniture went in without a single issue, they protected my home, and handled everything efficiently and carefully. Throughout the entire process they were courteous, respectful, and highly professional.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Baker’s Moving & More. If you’re in Farmington, Henrietta, or anywhere in the Rochester area and want movers who do what they say they’ll do — and treat you with respect while doing it — stop looking and call Trey. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Gentlemen quickly and efficiently were able to move a client that did his best to pack as effectively as he could considering the physical constraints due to a recent stroke. Movers were patient and tolerant of his old crotchedy a$$ and simply did the best they could do with the obstacles of the task in front of them. The move from the truck to the new apartment was quite a distance compared to usual moves, but they moved his belongings in a timely fashion. I gave them 2 hours to get it all done. They completed it just a little over the time and that is because we had to wait for the client to get dressed after the truck was filled, even though he had all the time in the world to get dressed while it was being filled.

They went above and beyond to move our furniture. Amazing personality. Did a great job, using care but completed the move in a quick and timely manner. Awesome movers. I recommend them very highly

I contacted Trey to move 3 large pieces of furniture. Within 5-minutes we were on the phone, within 10-minutes we were making plans, and within 18-hours the move was done! Highly recommended. I’m sure I will be working with Trey again in the future.

Trey was a lifesaver and a pleasure to work with. We needed some furniture put together and move some heavy boxes for a move-in,
