Excellent crew They went above and beyond to move our furniture. Amazing personality. Did a great job, using care but completed the move in a quick and timely manner. Awesome movers. I recommend them very highly

I contacted Trey to move 3 large pieces of furniture. Within 5-minutes we were on the phone, within 10-minutes we were making plans, and within 18-hours the move was done! Highly recommended. I’m sure I will be working with Trey again in the future.

Exceptional Service - Integrity, Professionalism, and Accountability After a terrible experience with a furniture store’s delivery department that caused damage and a lot of stress, I decided to handle delivery myself and found Baker’s Moving & More on Thumbtack. Best decision I could have made. I sent my request at 1:46 PM and received a response within one minute, followed immediately by a phone call from the owner, Trey Baker. From the very first interaction, Trey was extremely respectful, polite, and professional. He listened to everything I had already gone through, showed genuine empathy, and worked to make this completely stress-free. The best part - the services were completed the same day, two hours after my initial request. Pricing was clear, fair, and transparent. Communication was constant and proactive. Trey and Connor arrived exactly when promised. The furniture went in without a single issue, they protected my home, and handled everything efficiently and carefully. Throughout the entire process they were courteous, respectful, and highly professional. I truly cannot say enough good things about Baker’s Moving & More. If you’re in Farmington, Henrietta, or anywhere in the Rochester area and want movers who do what they say they’ll do — and treat you with respect while doing it — stop looking and call Trey. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation. Trey and Connor - You guys are amazing.
