- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer packages for everything you need so you get the most out of your budget. My initial consult is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the initial consult I will get a full understanding of what you envision for your event. Once we have a contract in place, I take care of everything and update you along the way. This process is different from weddings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have close to 18 years of experience in administrative work where scheduling appointments, time management, contract negotiations and review as well as money management are daily tasks. I have an associates degree in information technology and a bachelors in psychology.
