- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system isn't complicated - I work with each individual client within their budget to try to produce what they're looking for. My reputation is what's most important and that's built through great service at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to touch on as many details of the customer's request as possible with the initial exchange and if I feel that a face-to-face meeting would serve the situation better, will suggest that (consultation is always free of charge!). I strive to offer as much information as possible, answer any and all questions, and keep progress and cost transparent throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always trying to stay on top of technology and add to/upgrade my equipment, as well as honing my skills with continuing online education. I also strive to anticipate what clients' wants and needs will be in an ever-changing technological world of work, play and family.
