Mike sealed and waxed our brand new flooring. We had serious time constraints which he met. He and his crew were prompt, professional and did a wonderful job. The floor looks great.

Mike is a very nice guy, however, I was not happy with the Customer service or cleaning services at all. The first (and only) cleaning was not up to par, and when I called back Mike told me he would Personally come with the cleaner to rectify the situation. With the appointment made I figured, wow they really do want to keep our business, well, I was wrong. They never even showed up. Or called, or emailed or tried ANY form of communication. I was very disappointed. I emailed Mike for the final bill and to try and figure out why no one showed up..... that was 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't received a call back. So I do NOT recommend this company.

Mike, nice guy who turned into a not very nice person when changed his mind at the very last minute even thought I was able to approved the amount of money he requested. Not willing to work with big corporations.

This company has asked us to sign a legal contract outlining and listing of services for 7X week service but has verbally said we are only to perform as needed scrub and wax. We asked to sign a contract only listing the required work. Also the mention of offering more money is false. No increase was ever offered. We told this company we will only agree to and sign a contract which lists only the work requested and asked them to remove work from the contract that we are not asked to perform. Very bad company that asks us to sign contract for 7 days a week service yet VERBALLY only says ignore the wording and just few times year rewax floors.
