- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to keep our prices competitive within our industry. we typically send out a 2 man crew as we have found it to be more beneficial to the customer. We offer various discounts like veteran, repeat customer, and maintenance plan customer, among a few.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to gather as much information as possible to make communicating easier. We try to be upfront with our pricing so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed electrician in various counties and cities throughout NY. I am required by most of these licenses to take continuing education classes. We encourage our employees to seek classroom training and provide reimbursement opportunities for that. We also attend classes for Generac certification.
