FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate pricing company. Which means after we pinpoint the issue the options we provide are one cost to complete no matter the time it takes to complete. We normally dont charge hourly so we can focus on the task at hand without watching the clock and are able to pay attention to details which make all the difference in the outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to become familiar with the equipment, how it is used and maintained. So, with new clients, we need to ask many questions to better diagnose the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since obtaining my Degree, I have attended countless courses and classes from manufacturers of the equipment we service as well as safety, troubleshooting, Water Treatment, Indoor Air Quality, Oil and Gas systems courses and many others as we need to keep current with the constant systems changes and upgrades through the years.
