FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That quality, referrals and repeat business is our main objective. We offer concessions to our recurring consumers and to consumers that push our brand forward through new consumer introductions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Patience. We retain and extract all information needed for the project and asses the request. Once the initial consultation call/meeting has concluded, we move forward with assigning the proper Agent to fulfill the task at hand. We guide the new customer through the invoice procedures, obtaining insurances needed as well as assisting in other parts of the event or detail they may have overlooked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Empire, there is no such thing as a one size fits all training method. Aside from being trained by the NYS Dept of Criminal Justice and meeting requirements of NYS Division Of Licensing, we have a comprehensive quarterly "Detail" specific training. Our Agents are contracted to be work specific. i.e. If we have an Executive Protection (Bodyguard) detail, that specific agent has been trained in that aspect of the spectrum Focusing on reading a room, entry and exit points, area extraction , etc. opposed to an event agent that focuses on training pertaining to customer service, de escalation tactics, Fireguard exiting training etc.
