- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is always negotiable! we need to go over the project and together come up with the best possible price for both the client and contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing first we meet with the client and go over every detail of the project so we are clear on everything. next I will draw up a proposal of work we will perform and aldo a price. if the customer wants to move forward then we set a date and submit COI.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 year's in trade school and a full apprenticeship. 10 years served in the union has given me the experience I needed to start a company of my own.
