Tom was great to work with. He was extremely responsive, his quote was fair and answered all our questions and concerns. He replaced our water heater within a few hours after we contacted him. I would highly recommend him and will call him for future projects.

Tom responded to my project within a reasonable time frame. He reviewed my project photos and comments which I knew by the couple of questions he asked me. He was able to give me an estimate for the job immediately and did not charge me anything more. He came the same day within a reasonable time frame of what he originally said and did the job quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and professional and cleaned up behind himself. He was straight forward and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to feel like I was being taken advantage of by a service provider trying to turn a job into something it was not just to make a dollar. I would definitely use his service again and would highly recommend his business. Integrity is everything to develop a good business. Job well done Tom! Keep in mind my particular need was on the smaller spectrum of the plumbing business but it was done correctly and professionally and at a reasonable price compared to what 3 other companies were over charging for. Thank you again Tom for being a service provider that would clearly like to maintain a business relation shown by your actions.

Tom was amazing! He knew exactly what the issue was and was able to repair my broken pipe quickly and professionally, explaining what he did, and guaranteed his work for 1 year. I was so impressed that we discussed him coming back at a later time to work on other plumbing projects (leaking radiators, shower). I highly recommend Tom’s Plumbing.

Tom is great at his work. He is very polite and responsive. I needed immediate help and he was able to come at a short notice. He had clearly explained the process and the costs to me. He was able to complete the work in short amount of time. He didn’t over complicate the work and charged appropriately. I will call him again for any future plumbing jobs.
