We had leaks from our kitchen sink and it looked like we were going to need to replace the entire faucet, rather than just a quick repair. Justin offered to stop by Home Depot and pick up a new faucet if I found something online that I liked and they had it in stock - that way we wouldn’t need a second visit. He arrived after the Home Depot stop with new faucet in hand, as promised. But he was more than willing to see if the existing faucet could be repaired. Our Grohe had non-standard parts but he found the problem and was able to fix it? Then he found a 2nd problem that required a more common part that I was able to run out and pickup at the hardware store for $10, a few blocks away.
When he was done, he tested everything thoroughly and cleaned up. He even took the unused new faucet back to return to HD at no cost to us. We are very pleased with the end result. He was terrific and the price was very fair. I would definitely contact these guys for future plumbing needs.

He came ready to tackle the job. We didn’t have to look any further. We needed to remove our radiator from our kitchen for a kitchen remodel project. He bled all the radiators and the heating on the entire house has been outstanding ever since. Awesome work !

Tom came when he said he would. He responded promptly. Because of tight space under big sink he had to refigure a new way to attach faucet. Out of the box way. Will rehire.
