- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I account for gas and mileage, credit card charge fees, parking fees, tolls, and any additional purchase of hardware costs when I present a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by answering client questions as quickly as possible and give a fair quote. I work out a schedule that benefits both my and my clients availability. I show up at my client’s door either early or on time, ready to work. When I’m done, the final result is nothing short of spectacular. That’s my guarantee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became proficient with a hammer, drill, and other power tools while working at a buddy’s electronic repair shop over a decade ago.
