- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and honest pricing based on the size and condition of each project. Every home is different, so I prefer to see the space and understand exactly what the customer needs before giving a final price. I provide free estimates and explain what is included in the work. My goal is to deliver quality results that are worth the investment and done the right way from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a time to see the project in person. I listen carefully to what the customer wants and look at the details of the space. After that, I provide a clear estimate. Once we agree on the project, I schedule the work and arrive on time, ready to prepare and protect the area. I focus on cleanliness, safety, and careful preparation because that is the key to a beautiful and long lasting finish. I complete the work with attention to detail and make sure everything is left clean and organized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands on experience in cabinet painting, interior and exterior painting, deck staining and sealing, fence painting, paint removal, and wallpaper removal. Over the years, I have learned the best techniques for proper surface preparation, product application, and finishing. Experience has taught me how to handle different surfaces and conditions to make sure the job is done correctly and safely.
