Locksmith Excellence was great! They responded immediately and we at the home meeting a tenant within 20 mins. They addressed the situation to get us in a home where our smart lock was undone bc of a dead battery. Elan and his team even ran to get replacement batteries after gaining us access to the house. No one ever wants to need a locksmith but Locksmith Excellence was professional, verified we actually owned the property and made our tenant feel assured that his access was a priority. I hope to never need him but I would definitely use their services again.

Very responsive 15 minutes after the call Elan arrived. Explained step by step the process for a very affordable price 15 minutes later the Lock was replaced. Very professional the quality of the service 10/10
