Jon installed a shower panel and removed a fixture from my bathroom. He helped me navigate challenging building dynamics and provided clear instructions on what it takes to get the job done. He is competent, confident, and seems very skilled in his craft. After patiently waiting, he swiftly booked a time despite his busy schedule to get this project done. He underpromised and over delivered by coming on time and leaving early even when I added a few things to the scope of the project. My shower panel turned out great as well as the rest of the project.

I’ve had a shower faucet issue since the Christmas holidays. I unsuccessfully tried to get resolution with a couple of other plumbers. So I was reluctant but hopeful when I email Jon. He responded immediately, even though I sent my message at a ridiculous hour. He gave me a fair price, assuring me that he could resolve my issue. He was able to accommodate my schedule and followed up with me. He fixed the problem in no time. He’s reliable, professional, quick and respectful. Oh and very fair. I’m super happy with my bathroom again! I’m looking for other plumbing projects that I want so he can help me. For those who left reviews, thank you for steering me towards EH&P.
