The quality of the actual work is excellent. Absolutely no problems and no need for them to return for "adjustments". Jon hit the bullseye the first time around. They were an absolute delight to deal with. The most supportive , cooperative and responsive contractor everI have ever dealt with. And I have dealt with many) My job was small ( below $1500- ). But Jon treated it as important and a priority ! EH&P were good spirited and good natured through the entire process. He furnished a COI acceptable to the building in record time! Amazing! I can not sing the praises of this contractor enough. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I’ve had a shower faucet issue since the Christmas holidays. I unsuccessfully tried to get resolution with a couple of other plumbers. So I was reluctant but hopeful when I email Jon. He responded immediately, even though I sent my message at a ridiculous hour. He gave me a fair price, assuring me that he could resolve my issue. He was able to accommodate my schedule and followed up with me. He fixed the problem in no time. He’s reliable, professional, quick and respectful. Oh and very fair. I’m super happy with my bathroom again! I’m looking for other plumbing projects that I want so he can help me. For those who left reviews, thank you for steering me towards EH&P. And thanks Jon for doing a superb job.
