I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with this pro! Alex was very responsive right from the start, and his quick availability was quite impressive. We discussed the cost, which was very reasonable and he arrived the next day. My couch was in bad shape and I was having thoughts of getting rid of it. Alex arrived, explained the process to me, then he got right to work. Within 45 minutes his work was done! Not only did he revive my couch and made it look like new, he also cleaned my rug! If you are looking for someone to do upholstery, search no more. You cannot go wrong with Alex. He was very professional, experienced and had a good bedside manner. If needed, I would definitely call on him again. I didn’t think to take the “before” pictures, but here are the “after” pictures.

The technician who came to clean our couch was very professional, nice, and so fast! Couch was vacuumed, steam cleaned, and currently drying - will be ready for use in a few hours. The technician also listened to my preferences of no deodorizer etc. due to my allergies to strong chemicals. All in all, great service and would definitely book this cleaning again.
