For me, it's all about capturing the total essence and energy of you and your event in a natural, non intrusive and documentary approach. I definitely classify myself as a true artist and a lover of love, beauty and life. I'm also a perfectionist. All of these attributes will shine through in the finished product that you'll receive. It will be that of the utmost highest quality and of the truest documentation of your event. I'm super easygoing, fun and I'm always smiling and on the move.. Let's do this! I just adore all of the wonderful and interesting people I get to meet as all the wonderful locations I get the honor to shoot at. My job has enabled me to do photography assignments worldwide. I've had the honor of witnessing and shooting over 500 weddings since 2005, as well shooting hundreds of other various photography projects. Shooting a residence-based 9-foot concert grand piano is not for the faint hearted. Our international piano company has successfully used Thumbtack to select photographers for a number of years. We selected Erica Lyn and were nothing short of blown away. We asked for around 15 photos - we received 97. We said that supplement lighting would not be necessary - we received photos that made the bronze elements of the piano interiors pop, due to the gold-shade lighting that was added. We offered to do our own editing - we received perfectly edited, cropped, and balanced photos. We feel that Erica should have charge more, much more for this remarkable shoot project. Erica was the photographer for my wedding and I found her on thumbtack. She responded quickly and the photos I saw on her website portfolio sold me. Our photos for our wedding came out AMAZING! Erica is so talented with natural lighting and getting that perfect shot without needed to pose for it. She was like a fly on the wall at the reception and just knew the good shots to take. I am so happy with my photos it has almost been a year but we will have these photo memories forever!

It depends of the kind of assignment. I offer flexible and customized pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love having open communication with my clients at anytime. I can be reached through, phone, email, text, Skyped..Etc. Once a potential client reached to me, I'm there to help. I can help walk you through the process and assist you in any questions or concerns you might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA degree. I've also been a lifelong artist.
