What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a set hourly fee for one student. There is an additional surcharge for each additional student per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, I offer a 15-20 clarity session on establishing goals and desired outcomes from their tutoring sessions. In our first session, I review policies and procedures and then we begin learning. They must be prepared with any questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Arts in Education. My professional teaching license to teach French makes me the most qualified for you.
