- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Inquiry: Call, text, or email us with your project details. 2) Agreement & Scheduling: Approve the written quote; we book your job slot. 3) Work Execution: We arrive on time, in uniform, with all tools and prep materials. 4) Review & Payment: You inspect the completed work; we accept cash, check, card, zelle, venmo or apple pay. 5)Follow-Up: A courtesy call or email 1 week later to ensure everything’s holding up.
