My sister in law referred me to Ken for our home inspection. Ken was very professional, nice and very thorough with his work. He walked us around the property and showed us everything he was inspecting. Ken is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. Ken is very professional and knowledgeable. During the inspection, he walked me through many issues on site, explained the causes, and told me what to do to fix and maintain them. After that, he also provided a very detailed written report with clear photos, notes, and practical suggestions.He was efficient as well the reports were delivered the same day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our published inspection prices are based on the service and property size, with no hidden fees.
Home inspection: $350-$850 for properties up to 6,000 sq ft. The $350 price applies to properties of 500 sq ft or less. Please request a quote for larger properties or commercial inspections.
Mold inspection with air-quality testing: $650 for the combined service.
Roof inspection: $350.
Standalone termite inspection: $350.
We provide mold inspection and testing, not mold removal or remediation. Please confirm the inspection scope and total price with us before booking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
