Ken is very professional and knowledgeable. During the inspection, he walked me through many issues on site, explained the causes, and told me what to do to fix and maintain them. After that, he also provided a very detailed written report with clear photos, notes, and practical suggestions.He was efficient as well the reports were delivered the same day.
