I must say at first we were skeptical about thumbtack but we gave it a shot we needed to have our backyard stairs and floor re done and as soon as I posted few people answered however I am so glad ! AZ contacted us first from the moment I spoke to Victoria and how she explained the process the quote and we met with the main contractor Mark who listened to what we wanted , guided us step by step ! The Contractor not only did an excellent job! But he was very responsive, and even offered suggestions as to what would look good in our unit. If your looking for quality work at an affordable price, you would be wrong to go with anybody else but AZ. I coildent be more satisfied with the finished result.

He did what he said he would, and he did tighten some screws so the cabinets line up straighter than they did before the paint job, which I appreciate. However, he got paint on a lot of my dishes. When discussing the job, he assured me he would "tape off" everything, and asked if I had dropcloths and then said nevermind, he'd "take care of it". I noticed, after he started painting, that he hadn't covered the cabinet openings or even the kitchen openings which he promised (verbally) to do when he looked at the job and gave me the estimate. So, I asked if I should remove the contents of the cupboards. He said "No, no, I'll take care of it" When he was partly done, and there was spray paint everywhere, I asked about it. You'll see we messaged about it, even. When he arrived at my house the next day he assured me that he would be cleaning off the counters, and as far as the dishes, "It will come off in the dishwasher." It didn't. The next day when he came back to finish and I pointed out that the dishes were still covered in a mist of white paint, he said "It'll come off. You just have to scrub it." and he scraped some off with his thumbnail. So he went from "I'll cover everything with dropcloths" to "you just need to scrub" which was not what I signed up for. And while most of the paint came off most things, there is still paint on my (brand new) stovetop and some of my more delicate mugs, even after "scraping". So I'm pissed off. I have photos on my phone I may add later. Depends how angry I stay.

Good Morning Alia Thank you for your review however after he came in he did clean it we even came back to check the stove top and it was clear of any paint or mist you were happy as I asked you because you inspected the counters and cabinets as well . Thank you !

They are very responsive for project requests and the work done is good, but I still haven't gotten my keys back or a receipt a month after the work was done.
