I contracted him to clean our gutters. He worked conscientiously and made sure the gutters were in good shape as well. I was particularly impressed that he brought a hose so he could test the gutters when he was done.
He was early to our initial meeting, but unfortunately ran late for the cleaning appointment and didn't communicate that to me until after I called to make sure he was ok.
He was also very eager to help out with other tasks I have around my home. He even took pictures of where there were cracks in my mortar near the gutter that I couldn't see from the ground.
I feel his price was appropriate for the extensive services he offers and I wish him the best in his future jobs.

I needed work to be done in some of my bathrooms which consisted of tiling, Sheetrock, installing new shower body, plumbing and painting. Marcelo was very responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. He came made a quick assessment and got straight to work with his partner. He kept be abreast of what was being done and asked me before moving forward with anything. He’s trustworthy and I will definitely be using him again.

After filling out the THUMBTACK form as to what services I needed, within an hour or so, I recieved an email from thumbtack that ALMAMAR LANDSCAPING AND CONSTRUCTION was ready to give me a quote. That Was impressive since past contractors that I've contacted through email either never respond or respond days later.
Through email, I spoke with the owner MARCELLO. He was very nice and responded quickly to my emails. Within a few minutes of corresponding, he agreed to meet me at my residence that SAME AFTERNOON! Again, impressive. He was right on time for our meeting at my home. My neighbor has a HUGE 65-70 foot tree that looms over the property line into my back yard. I needed all branches that grew past the property line cut all the way up. Marcello agreed he could do it, gave me an acceptable price and said he could start work on it on the weekend as I requested. He and his employee showed up right on time, 8:30 am, got to work and had the whole job done in only 2 1/2 hours. He chopped up all braches and sawed the thicker tree limbs into small logs suitable for fire wood. He neatly stacked the logs in my yard and put everything else in garbage bags. He raked and cleared ALL the tree debris and left my yard spotless and neat. It was like he was never there. Except for those huge tree limbs hanging over into my yard. Marcello is very nice and seems knowledgeable in many facets of the construction AND LANDSCAPING fields. I definately WILL hire him again as I own a 4 unit building that needs interior renovation. If you want a hassle free construction project done on time and on budget, you should hire Alvamar Landscaping and Construction. 5 stars!

I recently had a wheelchair ramp installed which altered the beauty of my property. Alvamar Landscaping came out right away and came up with a design that recaptured the beauty of the home and camouflaged the ramp tastefully. I would recommend their services to anyone.
