I will help you understand where you may be getting in your own way and show you those things in your “blind spot” that are impeding you from living, loving or being the way that you desire.
A little about me: I have been on the coaching journey for 15 years. I truly love supporting people in transformation in their lives & relationships. I am a Certified Comprehensive Coach and I served as a faculty member at a coaching school where I assisted in teaching new coaches the art & science of coaching.
As a spiritually-aligned coach, I bring unique perspective & methods to identify & transform your deep unconscious patterns, plus explore & implement shifts needed in your beliefs, behavior and habits.
The coaching areas I offer include:
Fulfillment coaching – there are many thing things that can inhibit you from feeling the way you want to feel in this moment. My coaching will support you in releasing all that does not serve you, identifying that which does and making the necessary shifts to experience true fulfillment in all areas of your life.
Relationship coaching – when your relationship is harmonious, it is one of the greatest blessings life has to offer. When it not, it can feel like the total opposite. Coaching can support you in getting clarity on what you do & don’t want in your relationship, identify and resolve any blocks and empower you and your partner to have the magic & intimacy you both desire. It’s most powerful when both partners are in the coaching together albeit often times one partner makes the first move to help bring about the change.
All coaching sessions are 60-minute phone calls and typically occur once per week.
