This was my first time using the Thumbtack app, and David made the entire experience seamless. He was incredibly helpful, not only with the locksmith service but also in guiding me on how the app works. His communication was excellent—he was punctual and kept me updated on his arrival time and was very professional throughout. David completed the job in about 12 minutes, efficiently changing my locks without any issues. He is very respectful, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled in his craft as a locksmith. I honestly can’t say enough great things about my experience but I’ll try to keep it short. The level of professionalism, determination and dedication that I experienced was subpar to none. When my old locks/door made his task miserable he never lost hope. What should have been a very quick task turned into a very long and frustrating job. Anybody else would have left midway through and simply told me there was nothing that could be done I just needed to buy a brand new door and honestly after all that time and effort I wouldn’t have been mad if that’s what I was told. Instead of taking that easy way out he became even more determined to push through and fix the problem. 100000/10 would recommend to everybody that is in need. I and my family will always be using him moving forward. Thanks for the great work and repairing my locks!!

They only allow you to pick 3 out of the five responses but I want to include punctuality and responsiveness! David was very respectful of my property and explained everything he did! If something wasn’t quite right, he made sure to fix it to perfection. I would recommend him to anyone needing locksmith services, I can now sleep well tonight knowing that my doors are extra secure!!!! Thank you again David, for your superior service.
