We had a great experience with David. Amazon sent us a faulty unit, so David had to come back 3 times. He didn't complain or anything. He was professional and friendly. He stuck with us until the job was done accurately and the lock was working. Needless to say the company itself had to send us a new lock system. David came back and walked us through everything. I'm happy to say our lock is working. Thank you David, a job well done. I recommend him highly to get the job done. I'm a very fussy person and David met my standards.

David was punctual and he was very effective in solving the lock issue for my mom. She needed a foolproof lock that would prevent lockout. He recommended a solution and quickly installed it. I highly recommend.

David was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He sent me a few lock options, followed up with me throughout the week and was very accommodating for a weekend appointment. His price was extremely fair. He did not try to upsell., One lock didn’t need to be replaced, and he was very honest about it. I will definitely be using him in the future.

Changed my locks and was willing to stop at Lowe’s along the way to pick up a smart lock that I wanted installed. Fair pricing and very professional. High quality work. Recommend 10/10
